The JeLSIM partnership is a team of hands on experts with over 35 years combined experience in computer-based and e-Learning in both educational and academic settings. We work closely with our clients building project teams tailored to their needs. We provide highly interactive content production,consultancy, evaluation and research services.

- Highly Interactive Content Development
We are specialists in the use of interactivity in e-learning. We produce highly interactive courses and course components that engage learners and allow them to build their understanding. We are specialists in simulations, assessment and collaborative learning and can help with all aspects of design, development, delivery and management of the production process. - Consultancy
We offer a range of consultancy services in eLearning and related areas. Within eLearning we can provide project management services and consultancy on eLearning readiness, eLearning strategies, advising on choice of technologies, standards, processes, design and accessibility.We run training courses on games, simulations, assessment, standards and accessibility. Our recent consultancy includes work with ITI Techmedia on the feasibility stage of their Games Based Learning Platform specification. Find out more on our consultancy page.
- Evaluation
We have extensive experience of evaluating eLearning at both content and strategy level. Our most recent work in this area involved the Evaluation of Workplace Health Online, undertaken for NHS Health Scotland. The final report for this evaluation is available from the HS Health Scotland Research library entitled: Evaluation of Workplace Health Online. - Research
We undertake Research and Development in collaboration with partners in HE and industry. Much of our R&D is based on utilisation andenhancement of the JeLSIM toolset. Recent work includes the integration of the simulations with assessment and the development of a new approach to online practicals. . We are interested in pursuing research which allows us to develop collaborative simulations and role-play scenarios.
